Terms of Service

Services

Redwood Creek Properties provides residential handyman services in the North San Antonio, TX area including Shavano Park, Stone Oak, Hill Country Village, Hollywood Park, and Timberwood Park. All work is performed by the owner-operator or qualified personnel under direct supervision.

Quotes and Pricing

All quotes are free and non-binding until accepted in writing. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins. Any changes in scope during a job will be communicated and approved before proceeding.

Scheduling and Cancellation

We ask for at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Last-minute cancellations may be subject to a service call fee to cover time and travel costs.

Warranty

All labor is warranted for 1 year from the date of service completion. Manufacturer warranties apply to any installed equipment or materials. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, third-party modifications, or acts of nature.

Liability

Redwood Creek Properties carries general liability insurance. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, hidden defects, or damage caused by factors outside our control. Client is responsible for disclosing any known issues prior to service.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted methods include cash, check, and major credit/debit cards.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in Bexar County, Texas.
